I’m not sure there are many things I love more than no-bake cookie dough, especially when it can be made into a frozen chocolate-covered treat. But this recipe, in particular, is my favorite because it is SO EASY to make and healing to the body! Let’s talk about some of the ingredients:

Fourless Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 1 cup soaked organic cashews
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp coconut cream
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar or 1 tsp pure monkfruit
Instructions
- Add all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy! Toss in chocolate chips and stir.
- Keep fresh in the fridge for 6 days or freeze for up to six months!
