Step 1: Preparing the Strawberries
Start by washing the fresh strawberries thoroughly. Remove the stems and chop them into small pieces. If you prefer a smoother texture, you can blend the strawberries in a food processor or blender until smooth. This step allows you to customize the texture of your popsicles according to your preference.
Step 2: Mixing the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, coconut cream, and coconut milk. Gently stir the mixture until well combined. Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Popsicle molds
- Popsicle sticks
Instructions
- add all of your ingredients into a blender and mix until desired consistency
- pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 3 hours minimum
- melt chocolate and drizzle on top!
